Listening to some music

1

Focus

Hyperfocus is highly focused attention that lasts a long time. You concentrate on something so hard that you lose track of everything else going on around you. Controlled attention is what’s needed.

2

Positivity

Negative thoughts come effortlessly at an individual’s mind. Monitoring them is necessary in order to keep it in control. Thoughts feed the mind with what to do, what to say, how to act and how to react.

3

Relaxation

You don’t need to do anything, so please take your time, and stay focused on whatever it is that you’re doing at the time of doing it. Let go of your thoughts and let them pass, like passing clouds in the sky.

“If you can’t change it, change the way you think about it.”

-Mary Engelbreit

When you’re overwhelmed, everything feels faster. Everything feels heavier. Unimportant things feel vital. And important things now feel like the end of the world.

We’ve all been there, and sometimes, it’s a legitimate feeling. Stressors are real. The stakes can be high, and our lives and jobs can hang in the balance. But if the overwhelmed feeling has become a constant companion, I would guess something was not adding up. Feeling that way every day is not sustainable. Grey hairs are supposed to come naturally, not prematurely.

Those moments are real, and we’ve all felt them.

But there’s something we can do about these feelings, and it starts inside.

It might not be as bad as we think.

Life is stressful. Work can be even worse. But it doesn’t always have to be Armageddon. Our perspective on the world affects how we see things, and interpret our situation.

We are more than the lens we use to see the world.

And you’re stronger than you can even imagine.

Concentration is being able to control your awareness. If you get distracted it’s your awareness that’s moving to a different part of the mind – to concentrate is to move the awareness back.

One thing at a time.

Where awareness goes, energy flows.

Problems are not problems, they’re subconscious patterns that need to be adjusted.

Be clear what you want in life.

Identify who and what is important in your life.

You purpose defines your priorities.

Doing the things you love with the people you love is all down to concentration to get the maximum joy & benefit.

I don’t have much spiritual belief and I struggle with all of the above, I’m just trying to help myself & hopefully somebody else 🙏🥳

I find it very therapeutic and relaxing, and I hope I can help someone along the way. Please feel free to contact me if you have any comments or suggestions.
