Breathing exercises

The coffee breath is difficult to do with out thinking that your going to start laughing, and the whiskey breath is very true to it’s name. Water breath though is what you should incorporate into your meditation, nice and slowly.

Hi, I'm making this website as a hobby that I'm hoping will grow into something that I can leave behind that'll benefit family and friends and anyone else who it touches.
